- images and graphics carry ALT tags to assist visitors using screen readers and those with images turned off in their internet browsers;
- users can increase or decrease the text size by using increase text size and decrease text size icons on the page;
- a ‘skip to content’ link is placed on the top banner to assist users with adaptive technology to quickly navigate to the content;
